I was just looking up this toolbox online to find out if he was actually American or not as his accent was so bad you just couldn`t make it up, during my pukipedia search I discovered he is actually Johnathon from Bosco.

Bill tied up McAleer & Annette there last night and gave McAleer a right kicking - He’s gone nuts altogether although McAleer nearly deserves the aul baiting for his carry on over the years.
Ray told Paul to shove his job up his hole and Bob is going to finance Ray to have his own garage.
Renne and Carol are going to have a cat-fight over Christy I’d say.

The other night Barry knocked on the door of the office where Bill had Annette and McALeer tied up.
Balls of steel Bill answered the door cool as a breeze but not before telling the two captives that if they uttered a word that Barry would die!
Thrilling stuff with the two just 6 or 7 feet from the door, Barry never suspected a thing.
Annette could have done a better job of getting the word out when Bill took her into the pub last night. I hope all 3 of them die.
My brother pointed out to me last night that Bill the baddie used to present Bosco, and that Yank accent is obviously put on.
