Haven’t watched it in a few weeks. Saw an advert that suggested Zach was trying to flirt with Juliet recently. That Afro-Scottish nurse has a very similar character to Ama from a few years back. There’s a blonde nurse from the country knocking around too who doesn’t really have a clearly defined role.
He sold her a dodgy handbag and she threatened to go to the cops. He threatened her saying she had no idea what he was capable of but subsequently apologised to her.

He became a laughing stock for fainting at the sight of a needle when his heavily pregnant partner was getting bloods taken. He then saved Hughie from being mowed down on his electric scooter.
Sick of being pushed around in the garage he tried to concoct another scheme where he pushed a car with faulty brakes out onto the road and inadvertently mowed down Ray’s partner breaking her hip - but everyone in carrigstown thinks he saved the day rather than causing the incident and now the chap is riddled with guilt

Oh I know her now. Carol’s mother in law. Her in show son Robbie passed away in real life a couple of years back.
