A real “half of two halves here”. We looked much the better opening 20 minutes, Palace took over from there. Anderson and Dominguez working hard - Anderson is a proper baller. Wood should have scored with his headed chance. Aina could do with Elanga helping him as we’re a bit exposed down our right, Eze is making hay there.

A few half chances for Palace but we should be ahead, need to convert those chances, Anderson started very brightly but has faded out of it.

Think we could yet come to regret those missed chances, Palace sensed the crowd’s anxiety and took over from 20 minutes. Would like to see more from Elanga, he’s done sweet fuck all so far.

He’s useless
He was excellent the season we had him at Forest. That was poor from him there though. He’s been very decent thus far at Palace.
Can’t have him, something about yappy, super-confident English keepers I just don’t fancy. They all seem to have concentration issues, going back to David James, through Joe Hart to now. Bit like their managers.

Could be, bigger anyway, has him on wingspan! always has a rick in him though. The head on him, he probably doesn’t think he did anything wrong there and he thrown it in and got his manager the sack!
Pigford is the archetypal yappy English keeper though. The Jony sexton of the goalkeeping world. Everything is someone else’s fault, even when he throws one into his own net.
