Everton loanee, Kieran Dowell, prominent for Forest again today, his free kick set up the first goal and he also scored the controversial penalty. Has an absolute wand of a left foot. Hope to see him in the first team at Goodison next season but delighted for Forest today.

Tough weekend on the sporting front for @Fitzy. As if the shattering news of institutional cheating/ball tampering by the Australian cricket team wasn’t bad enough, Nottingham Forsest owner Evangelos Marinakis has been charged with drug trafficking. Thank God for high flying Carlow GAA to provide some sporting cheer.
