Huh?

Seeing hurling die in Dublin and Fingal is one of the two pillars of my life

Thatā€™s a real shame to read.

I was under the mistaken impression they won honestly, now it turns out they won because of financial doping.

Theyā€™re as bad as Galway and Limerick in that regard.

I presume that Ewan will cope with this blip in his narrative by just pretending that it never happened.

Ewan is great for talking the talk.

But like David Walsh when Team Sky offered him access, heā€™s only too willing to change his tune if he thinks thereā€™s money and career benefits to be had.

Our own Niall Corcoran master minded this.

Is he not a Galway man?

He is. And Crokes hurling GPO.

So heā€™s a blow in.

In that instance its great to see an All Laois management team propelling us into the quarter finals.

Sacred wonders on BBC now,

Throne bearers carry the 6000 Kg Virgen de la Esperanza (The Virgin of Hope) for 6 hours through the streets of Malaga during holy week, jesus their shoulders are bursting off them, serious penance right there, a few of them crying with the pain, savage bit of co-ordination to get around the last corner, a few of them shouting at lads who were weakening to gee them up

I need to be involved here, white vestments provided, some serious self flagellation going on

great camaraderie amongst the bearers, they are a real team

Iā€™d imagine there is a serious level of satisfaction involved in participating in something like that. None of these fellas will be caught self loathing.

Have you done the Camino yet? I am thinking of it next year

The Andalusians are great Catholics, the rest of Spain are a la carte Catholics but the Andalusians have the bona fides

Not yet mate, would you do it in one sitting?

Iā€™ll do it in one go. I reckon I could do 50 miles a day for 10 ten days on the French way
