Thanks mate! I will have a closer look later but on brief inspection, I don’t think it’s for me. A lot of other places say not to eat anything after 6pm or so and that seems to be working for me lately but just hungry before going to bed-thought this might tell you what to eat as opposed to when to eat. I’ve tried these fad diets before and they don’t work in the long term if you ask me but this might be different I don’t know.

I wouldn’t like them anyway, think they’re a gimmick and think the coffee out of them is poor, my housemate had one and didn’t like any of the varieties. The espressos were ok, the americanos were rotten. Also limits your choice and I think other types of coffee are nicer.

Of course if they’ve requested and aren’t that interested in coffee then leave them off.

It’s not a diet, pal. You are not restricting what you eat as such- Just changing the window of when you do eat. There are articles in there on what to eat-

Eat a good protein based meal, it will keep you fuller for longer.
