I really think it beggars belief how warped the market is and has become. It appears to be because of the cartel system headed by Goodman. He may be a cunt but the government sets up the regulation of the market, they have built this environment while Goodman has merely taken full advantage of it.

When you go elsewhere you realise how shit the best eaten in many places is compared to what we have. Farmers produce a genuinely premium product and get paid less for it than the shit that’s produced elsewhere, it’s bananas.

If he has that much control of the market then it’s essentially a monopoly and fair game for the government to step in. They could make it illegal for him not to accept offal and fine him for doing the above.
