I might keep them for breeding for a past time.We’ve a few too many acres grazing for the next few years so they won’t go hungry.

I know. I’m making up for it. There’s not an inch of soil that isn’t riddled with roots- that pile in the middle is nothing else. I’d all sorts of plans for it…slab path, raised beds etc. Reckon I’ll plant spuds and let them lend a hand.
