I’d say that’s a solitary mining bee, possibly this guy, but there are a good few that look pretty similar https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrena_scotica

You wouldn’t eat a nice rib-eye steak then I imagine. Go on, humour me with a witticism…

We must be neighbours :joy:

I thought that alright

I was very close to heading down for a swim in dromore the other morning but left it off. I hear it’s getting busy already.

Guards were call several times lately.Mary Cuddihy’s heart is broke with young wans leaving cans and bottles about the place supposedly.

Ya its only going to get worse if the weather stays nice.

Always does.

Not a Fusion Baler?

Lads feeding Round Bales in fields already, rain is wanted badly.

Really? Looking like a little later on in the week.

Bit of heat will help heavier soil boom on but dry soil is in trouble everywhere. Nights were very cold last week.

See it with the lawn here too, have only topped it once in 10 days.

If you’d bought a few acres, would it still be worth doing the cert?

Can you still do it online mate?

Come home to fuck & start farming organically. Loads of grants available & excellent margins too.

That’s the plan medium term. I only have 30 acres ,but it’d be hobby farming tbh. I’d quite like to do the green cert.

Medium term sounds a long way away for middle aged men such as ourselves.

I doubt you’d make much out of 30 acres no.matter what you did
I also suspect when it boils down to it, I couldn’t be bothered, but I’d find it interesting doing the green cert, and I’ve rarely had the opportunity to study something I’m deeply interested in.
