Thanks, bro. I skidded down the Haddington Road rink a couple of hours ago.
I spotted you mate, I didnāt want to compound your embarrassment by engaging with you however. You seemed a bit perplexed by the underfoot conditions.
Had he the brown shoes on again?
I donāt recall, possibly runners. He was definitely under dressed for the weather that was in it
As always . Levels of aloofness from a father increase with each child. While my 5th was being born I waswas drinking a brandy and smoking a cigar in the Ardhu getting updates via text.
Nice post award. What a start to the weekend
And then you went and gave me a nice post award over on the Galway thread. What a great guy.
I saw you hanging on 9 mate and I said wouldnāt it be great to share the love
Meant to post this last night, but got side-trackedā¦
On my commute home yesterday evening, I witnessed a full-on domestic in plain view of the passing public. She called him a ājunkieās bastardā, which had the desired effect (if her intent was to provoke a reaction). All the while, a little kid - about 5 or 6 - stood by. The most heartbreaking part of this was that the kid wasnāt reacting at all. Not crying. Not shouting. Nothing. Just stood and stared, as if this is second-nature to him.
I got home and my two young lads (nearly 2 and nearly 5) were playing a makey-upey football game in the corridor before dinner. From what I could gather, the aim was for the one with the ball to make it past the other fella and throw / kick the ball off the back wall. At times, the game broke down into wrestling with the odd bit of shouting, but they were mostly laughing their little heads off. Mrs. Moth had a nice moment in the middle of all the pre-dinner / pre-bedtime madness, peering around the corner at our boys. I had a flashback to when I was a kid and doing the same with my brother.
Yesterday really brought home that my role as a dad includes giving my kids room to be naive - to have fun - to be a kid. Thereās enough āthings that are wrongā in the world - your childhood shouldnāt be one of them.
Have a great weekend TFK dads.
@KinvarasPassion - I know youāll do the forum proud

Nice Post Fishing
Agreed. Very cynical likebait. Iām giving you a like for spotting that.
The level that lads will stoop to here to get a nice post is getting disgusting

Ya he really tried to hit all the bases, a dig at junkies, a poor hopeless child, his own playful children,a nice moment with the wife and a dash of nostalgia. Then signs off with a āHave a great weekend TFK dads.ā thinking it would be the icing on the cake.
He was probably thinking to himself as he wrote it," I wonder whatās the next rating after Nice Post"
A cynic would say heās making a dash for the center of the lickarse chart.
Sickening shit really.
Yeah. The that chart.
Reminds me of the Boney M song.
Thereās a brown nose in the ring. La la la lah, and it looks like @ironmoth

shocking carry on, using a post fishing for likes to fish for your own likes. Itās like inception.
+1. That was absolutely blatant.
Come on ye cunts - Iām 3 likes away from 2 nice post awards on a Friday evening.
Iām giving that a like, Meself and the brothers played that game the whole time. Good memories.
Iv just vomitted.
