Thanks bandage fair play, that means alot. You are are seriously alrite sort no bollox about you. Wexford are now my 2nd* team (my nephew lives down there as well)’ sound pal
Sound mate
At 7 years old, WTF?
Yep its 2016 mate, wake up
So the sexualisation of a 7 year old is all the rage in 2016?
Stop being a drama queen ffs. Girls love make up/nails etc, i dont see a problem with this mate.
Jesus Fran, she got her nails done, they didn’t send her into Ann Summers.
I think it’s far too young for girls to be so focused on their image. By all means mess around with make up and whatever at home
Have you a girl around that age? If a boy would you not allow him play fifa on a playstation?
I have 2 girls, younger than that. 7 years old for a PlayStation, I don’t really know to be honest, I suppose so but it’s not a fair comparison for me anyway. Would you not let your girl play PlayStation?
Is it your missus who’s driving this?
Yes i would and she does (play minecraft). Life has has changed for kids, marketing and comercialisation means kids are into this sort of thing much earlier. Its not just my girl, these type of parys are prominent. It wont be long until your little ones are invited to one.
Not really mate.i didnt suggest it but Im easy going enough so this sort of birthday party is fine with me
Fundamentally life hasn’t changed for kids. They still want the same things (mainly just have fun) but we’ve let marketing and commercialisation dictate what they perceive to be fun. It may not be long before my little ones are invited to a birthday party in a nail bar salon but they won’t be going at 7 years of age. For me it’s sending them down a road to sexualisation at a very early age.
I’d prefer to give my kids a box of fags than a play station at 7.
Wtf.sicko.
I wouldn’t call him a sicko, just niaive maybe
Kids play being grown up .dont be such a buzz kill all your life
They pretend to be mummy or daddy, that’s a role play thing. It’s got nothing to do with image.
I’m generally fairly easy going when it comes to raising kids but I think young girls are particularly vulnerable to materialism and exploitation
