The Official TFK Father's Issues Thread. I don't know how they do it

You were her parent though, there was nowhere up the line to send her, you have to suck that shit up mate.

True.

Who said (i don’t know) it lasted that long?

And what about the ability to calm a child. I’m all for free education but maybe the people say it improves if we pay for it are right.

It is a pool of babysitters, what good is a degree in child psychology without the years of experience that will see you out of the firing line in a crèche.
You have high expectations of crèche staff, in my experience they aren’t worthy of it.
Without the full information to hand I won’t comment further, it seems odd if they insisted the mother come but he could have been turning blue or anything.

It only happened twice after that. Now the rows are different. Mostly between herself and the wife cos she keeps robbing her make up.
She came down awhile ago looking like the whore of Babylon and a full bottle of the wife’s mascara gone.
I just grabbed my jacket

Hasty enough so. Was it their first days there or what?

3rd day

Well i assume i would know that and why would i ask the q here? Thats black & white surely.

Lots of kids are sent in to this pre-school year and not ready for it. Now that a 2nd year was added, kids of three and up are going.

Apparently some are completely at sea.

Perfectly understandable if that’s the case.

As in the kid is playing above his level?

Quite possible.

Yeah, probably just not able to go with whatever structure is in place at pre-school.

If it’s a creche, then a joke.

No not a creche. Pre-School.

If there is a difference?

My ignorant understanding is that creche would be full of level 5 fetac trained types? Not that there is anything wrong with that, they may be far more skilled than the degrees. But that was some thought i had for whatever reason?

Creche takes care of kids and would deal with whatever shit happens.

Pre-school is more of a preparation for school with structured activities, etc. Some lad screaming ain’t going to be conducive to it.

But i remember lads/lassies screaming up to around 2nd/3rd class.

I am not trying to take away parental responsibility here btw. Too much of that in last 15 as it is.

Anyway interesting perspectives.

What would be interesting to see/here is what lads reactions would be if they were the ones getting a call and had to leave what they were at.

By the sounds of it the child probably screams it’s little head off 24/7 and the mother (selfish, probably lacking some basic maternal instinct) leaves it into a creche to get a break while see is off to her personal trainer to lose the baby weight.
Very good call by the creche.

In that situation I’d be telling them to tough it out a bit. But without knowing if it was usual form from kid or creche you couldnt say for sure

He has been quite mothered from what i have seen. Youngest of a few, spoilt by sisters as well. But that would be something that one would expect to.meet, i assume.

Do you have kids, Kev?

Not fair on the kids there to learn.selfish
