Iād imagine it was a courtesy call and there was no obligation on the mother to come pick up the child, perhaps Iām wrong?
Iād rather be made aware if my kid was having a meltdown for hours, you have to consider a number of things I suppose but itās unlikely to be black and white.
And rich.

It does depend on how long the child was upset for but it would want to be awful bad to justify ringing the mother.

Nursery school. Probably afraid of her shit that there was something wrong health wise. Given current attitudes did the right thing as she probably would have expected a call from Judge Judy had she not

Tough one to call really. Unless itās a large building it can be very traumatising for the other children as well.
And thats how ridiculous the world now is.
Mother made the mistake of going in really. What if she was working. Do they throw the kid out?

Itās a hard one chief. Was it the kids first day? If so she should have stuck it out until lunch time. If this was a regular customer then there was a fair chance of something not being right.
allowing a child to cry hysterically for 1.25 hours is long enough, good call by the nursery

It all depends what kicks it off. My youngest ( who is now ten) threw a fit in the shop one day cos I wouldnāt by her sweets. Tantrum lasted a good hour before calm was restored.
Thats my point.
The skill of the job surely is to deal with it?
Some of these people have degrees in child psychology. Whats the point? Just get together and poole for babysitters if this is the carry on.
Of course i am getting one side, but the motger said it was obvious he was acting up. As soon as she walked in he was 100% again.
