Fennel tea and goats milk would sort it
Iâm sure ye have had that before kpâŚit can be a worry but itâs the body fighting whatever young KP has.people do freak out about it but normally after a dose of Calpol and nurofen it comes down fair quick
Youâre a great dad mate
A girl I lived with in college got a bad dose of it. We all had to go for a top up vaccine, can you imagine the pain of your ballsack swelling up
I m not bad chief(ignoring your sarcasm )a lot of people panicâŚ
No sarcasm mate.
Youngest was up at 40.3 the night before last, still not right. Appetite gone, taking a bit of water and coughing like a 40 a day smoker. Her sister not happy with the lack of sleep due to the coughing. Long few nights put down
Twould make you appreciate the hard yards your own parents put in
All well?
Hope all doing well @kinvaraspassion and @Locke
Although Locke has abandoned his sick daughter and fucked off up to Dublin for the day
Weâre back in action lads.
A party at 4pm too
Will be like the Giro dItalia with a quick transfusion given minutes before action
Had college ffs! In the calendar
Happy to give that number 10 mate
There better have been an exam today to excuse your absence from parenting
Of sort, a presentation with two others. A Lego case study around Strategy. Smashed it!
Anyone here ever attempted a holiday abroad with a child between 6-9 months? How ambitious were you? We have a weekend booked away west in a few weeks so this may be a good bellwether for what we can do later on in the year.
I was thinking of a ferry from Rosslare to Roscoff and taking the car with all the gear down to some campsite in Brittany. Wouldnât be more than 2 hours in the car but it may be easier from a logistical point of view. I wouldnât mind giving the missus a holiday to look forward to so any advice welcome. Could be any kind of holidayâŚ
Iâd say ferry could work well, particularly if the drive at the other end wasnât too long. Campsite with a 9 month old worked out fantastic last year. Theyâll be asleep from 7ish so being able to sit out with BBQ is good and facilities in most French campsites are great. Maybe check to see if campsite has indoor swimming option
yes, took our youngest to Oz at 4 months, another one when she was 1
Flying was very easy tbh
As the baby is so young this is really a holiday for the parents, so Iâd pick a destination that ye fancy which probably isnât a campsite. A baby that young is usually no problem on a plane, its when they are older and start moving about the trouble starts.
