Wallaceās campaign was bizarre. I didnāt think he was running as I saw and heard so little of him locally. Saw a big huge sign for him on the way into Arklow one day weeks ago and just assumed he was running in a different area than where we lived as Iād no clue of the European constituencies at that stage. We got a Wallace leaflet in the letterbox on the morning of the election. Not a single poster did I see anywhere in Wexford outside of a small few around Wexford town. Bizarre tactics.

3.5% of his annual salary multiplied by the number of years he was an MEP for. So around 17.5% of 120k which is a handy 21k.
He surely has a pension from his 8 years as a TD as well.
Ironic for him to be reliant on pensions given he was prosecuted in 2011 for not paying into his employees pension funds or withholding money from them
