Watching Wednesday v Newcastle United from 93 on Setanta here. Andy Cole has just netted after a bad spill from Chris Woods. I’ve the sound turned down and am listening to Ned’s Atomic Dustbin, don’t think they were the same era as the game but it works for me. 1-1 at the moment.
Great start to the new season for us with a 2-0 stroll in the park against Rochdale. New signings Rob Jones and David Prutton got the goals and played well. I’m also told another new signing, Jose Semedo, impressed. These guys are fitting in seamlessly and it’s good to see they are not overawed by playing for such an illustrious club. We will romp the league this season.
