And it’s HI HO SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY

#167

HARK NOW HEAR THE WEDNESDAY SING
UNITED RAN AWAY
AND WE WILL FIGHT FOREVER MORE
BECAUSE OF STEPHEN’S DAY

#168

Some start for the Blades.

#169

0-2 Blades. Incredible scenes at Hillsborough.

#170

Anything goes mate.

#171

There’s not much singing from the Sheffield Wednesday fans at all at the moment.

Ched Evans looking very pleased with himself there.

#172

lots of empty seats
i thought this was a hotly contested derby

#173

this is some awful agricultural football from both sides
very yorkshire i suppose

#174

Do Do Do Do GARY HOOPER.

Massive goal by Hoops. We had really struggled to get him and Fletch into the game before that.

Was Hunty’s shot on target before it was deflected for the corner guys ?

I’m up towards the goal where Hooper scored (can you see my tricolour on the box) but it appeared Westwood gave Fleck far too much of a target for the first goal.

The goal has the place buzzing at half time.

We will win this

#175

Blades toying with the Owls here. Let them level it up at 2-2 to give them false hope and then scored two more quick goals. 2-4 to the Blades.

#176

First time for either side to score 4 goals in a Steel City derby since the Boxing Day 1979 game at Hillsborough you’ve alluded to. It will be the Blades supporters penning a new song after today’s events at Hillsborough.

#177

Stunned.

#178

Sheffield Wednesday lose at second from bottom Birmingham City.

Sheffield United beat third placed Wolverhampton Wanders and shoot up the table to second.

#179

I watched the Ireland game with an ex Owl last night.

He thinks we have a great chance of going up this season

#180

Derby Day.

Best of luck to Jos and the boys.

It’s been a disappointing season, we can’t get away from that. Obviously the summer wasn’t long enough to rid ourselves of the mental scars of the heartbreaking defeat to Huddersfield.

A win tonight would be a great boost though. The gaffer would be an instant hero and hopefully it would kick start a decent finish to the season and give us hope for 2018/19.

Let’s blunt those fucking Blades on their own patch.

Have butterflies already. Can’t see much work getting done today.
