That 400 metres hurdles final was just insane. Greatest race ever run in any track discipline. 46 seconds broken for the first time by Karsten Warholm with 45.94. Rai Benjamin having to make do with silver with the second fastest time ever run by nearly half a second of 46.17.

That was an unreal routine by the Chinese lassie Guan Chenchen right at the end to beat her compatriot. It’s a big disadvantage to go late in the draw in apparatus finals.
