No he isn’t. Jordan Spieth is a far bigger name (in Golf, not tabloids) than Rory, and there are at least five other players who have won majors since Rory last one.
Spieth has won three majors. Rory has won four.
Rory is 5 years older than Sprieth and should be in his prime. He (Rory) hasn’t won a major since 2014, Spieth has won 3 since then. There’s only one winner for biggest current name in golf between the two, regardless of how many tabloids Rory appears in.
