The Orange Goat, Killester, Dublin 5 stalking thread

This is slang for face?
Or backside?

Cockney wanker innit

His kids are currently at Plunketts but he lives a stones throw from Castleknock pitches. Alan’s kids are with Castleknock

Chevy Chase

Seems to be very common out that way For lads not to make the short journey back to their own playing club with the kids ?

Short distance could be 30 minutes or more drive at times

No loyalty in Dublin GAA circles

You’d wonder how we ever won 6 in a row.

Guys, nearly forgot to mention…I was driving off with my young lad to his football match just before 10am on Sunday morning (where he ultimately scored the second half winner in a tense 1-0 victory). Who did I spot to alleviate growing concerns about location of their principal private residence only Fento, fiancée & dog? He was sporting strange looking green baggy tracksuit bottoms & a black casual jacket. She was holding the dog lead/leash (?) & wearing red sport shorts (tight, compression style) & a light coloured zippy tracksuit top. They were strolling down towards The Orange Goat near Joe Molloy’s gaff in residential Killester.

Cager alert

Either is acceptable

You drive from your gaff to st annes?

Don’t be so presumptuous, it was an away fixture in the Cabra, Broombridge, Finglas axis.

Hmmm… sounds like propaganda… slippier than israel you are…

And sure Killester Donnycarney FC don’t play in St Anne’s Park, you silly sausage. They play in Killester or Donnycarney.

Eh… they are based in artane at the moment i think… we played them there last week. They’ve a 25 year lease taken out on the astro in st Davids in Artane i believe… astro being ripped up in the summer and re done by the club. Massive investment in their Artane base. Big sign on the wall of the hall saying ‘home of Killester donnycarney football club’ too. Where does young bandage do his training?

He TRAINS* in St David’s Artane until the clocks go back/forward but touché nonetheless.

*sometimes PLAYS matches there if grass pitches are unplayable.

Either way this is delving into that “too much sharing info about your kids online” ad that had a run on telly lately. But I do accept your apology.

That was a lot of explaining from you there but you got somewhere in the end… ish

Another beneficiary of the collapse of Parnells

Yep. In fairness, Apparently Davids have been very sound about it. Probably helps that Clucko plays for them too…
