Twas far from fuckin eggs benedict the lot of you were reared.
The hollandaise ruins it. Much better with a drop of piri piri.

+1. Not on the piri piri but hollandaise is shite. A sliced avocado and some Parmesan shavings are far better than some dirty mucky sauce lashed all over it.
Hollandaise is pure muckā¦ Iām glad someone finally came out and said it.

The first and only time I had eggs benedict was in Herb Street based on your recommendation, bud. I think the Hollandaise sauce overpowers the meal. Maybe they put too much on? Or is that the way it is supposed to taste?

I think it stopped being Eggs Benedict many posts ago Kev.
If you are looking for crunchy toast. Sourdough is the only option.
