A good Eggs Benedict is unrale. Very hard to get a good one though.

Try the buttery mate, ask them instead of the bread sticks for sourdough toast.

Thereās a right good one in Herb Street in Grand Canal Dock but Iāve eaten it so often Iām a little bored of it. Hence my order yesterday of a stack of three (3) pancakes with maple syrup and a sausage on the side.

Iām a massive fan of poached eggs, but putting them on top of toast makes the toast soggy and inedible.

It takes something noble (Toast) and makes it unreal, unbelievable
Unless you take the eggs out of the water and place them on kitchen paper and dab dry before putting them next nigh or near your toast. You animal.
