The victim does come across as a bit of a headbanger in the tweets but you’d suspect they would have pulled those tweets by now if McDermott had claimed they were libelous.

She has accused RTE of trying to silence her and McDermott’s father/grandfather being high up in the Gardai and that victims have been pursuing this since 2017.

It’s just surprising that the usual redtop papers are ignoring this no matter what the credibility of the accusations are.
