I’m agreeable to getting rid of Stokes to be honest.
Even after that outstanding freekick?
Van Dijk is indispensable to Celtic at this point, he is carrying all the other clowns with him at the back. Hopefully we get three new defenders in January.
Decent result, we played some nice football and looked good from midfield up. Brown’s return made a big difference. However I think we are as bad defensively right now as we’ve ever been. I’d restore Lustig and Mulgrew to defence for Ambrose and Denayer when they get back to fitness.
It was on target at least
You’re a hell of a glass half full man baby, I’ll give you that.
Good result. Smashing goal by Wakaso. Still haven’t learned how to protect a lead though. When we aren’t pouring forward, we seem to think we’re best off inviting pressure on which we’re clearly incapable of dealing with. Don’t think we can continue to get away with 2 wingers, Commons and a striker.
If we had a defence we probably could, unfortunately we only have one defender.
A decent result considering the balance of chances and play. The full backs were appalling but I thought Denayer was okay bar the first goal. I also think Johansen is shit and offers nothing, which doesn’t help the defence. I agree that our defensive issues should preclude us from playing only two recognised central midfield players. I was pretty underwhelmed by Commons again tonight and disagreed that last Saturday marked a return to top form. Wakaso had a very accomplished debut and struck the goal excellently.
Lovely interplay between Naismith, McCarthy and Baines, sees Naismith bundle it home
Everton fans have struck the Wolfsburg keeper with some sort of missile. Disgusting behavior.
Coleman 2-0
McGeady wins a penalty from a foul that came just outside the box.
Baines scores 3-0
Kevin Mirallas puts the icing on the cake with a cool finish after a neat through ball from Eto’o. 4-0
Ricardo Rodriguez scores an injury time consolation goal for Wolfsburg with an excellently struck free-kick. FT Score - 4-1
Forthright stuff from Ronny. I want him to succeed but I’m still waiting to see any signs of this cohesive, fast, attacking football we were told he’d provide. It’s all been very haphazard and disjointed so far. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.

Seeing that the game is in Glasgow, I’d say that’s a fair assumption
