Maybe leave the medicine balls alone for a while
… if you were thinking of bending and throwing or even sit ups with them, can lead to back injury.
Some PT sessions to learn basics is best approach to avoid injury and learn how to do exercises properly. Start unloaded to learn movement patterns is most likely the way they’d go.
What’s up ref porridge?
I’ve it each morning before gym/ work
You can’t beat a bowl of porridge and two slices of brown toast for breakfast. Slow release carbs.
Porridge with a scoop of protein powder would keep a man going for 4 or 5 hours no bother.
It’s all carbs/sugar. A couple of boiled eggs a better bet
Fuck! You are up veeery early today Carkie… …
Mine every morning
3/4 different seeds/ nuts
Blueberries
Strawberries
Honey
Porridge
Banana
not until 5 tomorrow
Gym at 6.45

On the scrapheap until Monday

He gets the breakfast outta the way before bed. We wouldn’t last a day in that man’s world.
Trying and struggling to shift the weight I gained from being on that cunting mirtazapine. Went back deadlifting off the floor yesterday for the first time in about 3 months. Got up to 180kgs but didn’t want to go foostering with the belt to go any higher (partially because it might not fit anymore).
I’ll say one thing about being a fat cunt, you become strong as fuck
Bro… lifting extremely heavy objects off the floor is not a clever long term activity
Good to read you’re back lifting bits of wood & metal & what not.
Someone close to me was on that drug you referenced & it only exacerbated their anxiety/distress - brutal side effects - & it was a minefield trying to figure out what to do next, how long to give it, whether to go against advice & stop it etc etc.
Yeah it’s tough. Made me feel like a zombie. Very sleepy constantly so coming off of it has me back wide awake most of the night. Gave me constant munchies too.
Deep into a cut myself and the fatigue in and out of the gym is kicking my ass.
