Get fatter
Some people think it is cheating but I’ve found with plateaus in bench and OHP, that a few weeks on the smith machine, particularly on a slight incline for bench really helps me break plateaus.
Also might be worth banging out a handful of reps of 40s. Plateaus can be mental as much as physical.

@Big_Dan_Campbell do some heavier reps. Say a 5 at 40, a 5 at 42.5. Do some flat bench with the bar if you can. It’ll make a huge difference.
