@Smark, have you been out for a run since or is your hip still playing up? I’m just back from an enjoyable run in the evening sun. I averaged 4:49/km for 5.25km - not very fast but much better than the likes of @croppy_boy lumbering around Donegal in 5:25/km.

Do you realize you are running in a circuit similar to the shape of a gun, pal? What’s going on in your life at all? There are other ways to get fit and keep trim other than boring running, if you hate it that much just give it up and hit the weights room.
