When is the race mate ?

No race mate, event. 4 days around the 2nd weekend in August.

It’s pretend racing for auld fellas. They are allowed to cycle fast for the last ten miles and they think they’re great.

Settle down.

is that the Tour de Munster? Do ye do any KOMs in it?

We did a KOM on our club Sportif. You could see lads making the move 5km before we even got to the bloody hill.

are KOMs the same as DOMs?

I smashed all my KPIs cycling home yesterday

Tough luck mate. Are they expensive to replace?

A co-selector on one of our squads had a heart attack 18 months ago. He now walks every day around a suburban area and was warned by the doctor to regularly reverse his route due to the camber on footpaths for his hips

If you Google it you’ll see all about the TdeM

There are designated hammer drops on each day. Saturday is the queen stage with the Conor Pass and Molls Gap to be tackled. But something for everyone. Limerick to Birdhill after the level crossing would be one hammer drop that would suit me.

Ah. I know that Hammer Drop. It’s part of our TT route.
