I’m trying to limit my field sessions at the moment so went spinning in the Altitude Gym tonight instead. I fuckin smashed it. Felt way better than I thought I would have feel much looser after it.
Groin playing up again?
It’s not my groin per say, but sore groins would be a symptom of it.
Go on… I’m the same… started off with hammy tightness but soon enough hip-flexor/ piriformis were tight… anyway, I found two massive trigger points -one upper outer quad, the other lower inner quad (just above the knee) leading to adductor strain… so i’ve been rolling those trigger points out and strengthening adductor with ball squeezing exercises between knees and various light squat and lunging exercises.
@caoimhaoin - feel free to jump in here - always the same side I have these problems with - opposite side to S.I problems
Same issues as I had last year but not as severe as I noticed the signs and am managing it better. Will need to get an MRI and see if that shows up anything.

Just did a HIIT session trying to separate a Limousin calf and his mother from the herd. Up and down the field at least 7 times till eventually the cunts caved in to my relentless desire to out think them.
There’s money to be made from putting fitness videos of that calibre on YouTube. Think of the sponsorship deals. And free trainers…
Nothing beats trying to separate calves for training. Was at home one day last year and my father was selling a few bullocks down the mart. He’s only got about eight or nine but wanted to sell off four. He’d four in mind too but we couldn’t get one fucker in to the pin at home, so he just went with another fella in the end after an exhausting run around.
