Not the worst in the world. Gets people active, makes people think.
However he does spoyt a bit of shit and he is largely suitable to the “somewhat” overweight and below. His stuff would fail miserably with people with alot to lose and its too far a step to jump into.
Just listened to an interview with Graham Byrne who is the S&C coach with Dundalk FC on Second Captains. Interesting bloke. Would he be someone you’d aspire to be or get to his level @caoimhaoin or is he a peer of yours?
There was a paper article with him recently, anyone got it?
Answer is a peer. Thats a nice number thpugh and the best kinda Pro S&C Job, working with someone like a progressive LOI Club. Good money, total control, less stress than say in England etc. Also probably be allowed do private work, something you are not allowed do in EPL, IRFU etc.
I would take a job with Cork City for instance, but probably wouldn’t touch most Dublin jobs as they still live in the dark ages.
That’s a proper cycle so in fairness. You’d have to have cycling gear and showering and changing facilities in work and all that. Do you wear a suit, does it get destroyed in the bag or do you keep it at work?
