Deep squat is a no-go. My knees feel like they’re going to explode.

Chin up is a serious exercise.

Deep squat is not needed by anyone outside of Powerlifting or Olympic Lifting. Bottom line

I took 120 right down to the ground yesterday, I thought my face was going to explode with the effort to get up again, it really got the testosterone going, I had to knock one out when I got home

You’re after reminding me of a fella I worked with in the early 00s. He used to reckon he was addicted to squatting. “I can’t stop squatting”, he used to tell us.

I get awful heartburn lately when I am exercising, be it cardio or doing a bit of weights, anyone else get that?
