Cunts

not the biggest fan of 1000 mile, prefer the asics stuff myself
each to their own i suppose

P.S. Larry, there is a slim chance you’ve a touch of athlete’s foot (doubtful but between the toes is a big warning sign for it, usually between the 4th and 5th toes)

might want to keep it in mind if the vaseline or sudocrem doesn’t take care of it

I’ve just bought a decent bike and have started cycling to work About 45mins each way. Feel’s great once I’ve coughed the shit out of my lungs afterwards. I’ll be away to buy a facemask in the next few days.

Whats the bike like? Did it set you back much? Ive taken to the cycling big time lately, much more enjoyable then running. The bike I have is a borrowed hybrid type bike but im looking to get something a bit better.

Thats because its 100 times easier.

Not when you live in a mountainous area. Its easier on the joints anyway.

A lightweight giant with thin wheels. It’s black*. They’re fairly cheap over here. A mate priced his one bought over here for around 200e at about 500e in Ireland.

  • This is the total of my knowledge about bikes.

You’d still be running in the mountains you eejit.

I ran on the flat, and cycled the hills.

did a 10k in 41mins tonight. Perfect running weather, feel there is still some improvement in me B)

I can’t wait for 5 months time when i’m coming in here blowing away ye with yer 10KM’s in 41 mins :stuck_out_tongue:

bring it on bitch

Great running Fenway
Very good time- 4.06 km/pace
Do you have any idea of your splits?

6mins 39sec per mile.

Savage running FP. Thats serious shit.

You’ll break the 40 with some work.

Working 12 hour days for the past 2 weeks is undoing alot of my good work till now. Must try and get a run in next week.

Cheers KP,
Ive cut back on the long runs and im giving the legs a rest between runs. definitely feeling stronger. Less is more. Its cracking weather at the moment for running.

First duathlon done this evening. Didn’t have a time aim but would have been happy to break the hour. Did it in 56:31 so happy enough. Having to use a mountain bike probably cost me another minute or so. At least 2 more before end of summer so I’ll try to get as close to 50 mins as I can. Achilles, calves and back are in bits.

was that down the pheonix park? was running down there this evening.

Did you record your individual km or mile times?
Always interesting to see whether you are running even paced, finishing strongly or blowing up
