@Mac cleaning house here.

Strangely enough you’d never read a bad review of a Cork writer or band in the Evening Echo, there must be something in that?

You made the claim and got the chance to show off your work but you’re shying away from it and spoofing away like you always do.

Is Kev an expert in Semtex and gelignite ?

I just had a read through the blog on kevs website there. Was disappointed to see there was no scientific citations on any of the articles. Mostly opinion pieces as far as I can make out.

Post up the link there alf

@mac are you serious? @caoimhaoin is a public figure, check out his various platforms, this is not difficult stuff

A mix of science and experience.

There is an argument go back and cite everything.but people do not give a shit. I’m trying to attract coaches, clubs and athletes mostly. They want stuff they can relate to. If I want to find favour with peers then yes I should cite everything. However they still share athletes approve and comment.

Alot of citing is bullshit though I find with people just finding any old paper to go with their opinion. Sports science has a paper opposing everything you can come up with.

I wouldn’t do that. As backinatracksuit says its easy find. Maybe start off with googling strength and conditioning cork and Kev if youre desperate to check it out. Its not rocket science.
