Walked at a snails pace…2 mins between each sprint. Id done nothing in a couple of months

Do you ever run from Rochestown to Páirc ui Chaoimh and back in that loop, nice run, lovely book that cake out last year as well documenting the history of that entire circuit,

I’ve done that route, or most of it when I was running… Great on a summers evening. Id barely do 2k now mate. Fitness totally gone.

I’ve done a few 5ks recently and you surely cant be in a worse condition than I am.
