A genius, still if I was diligent with the foam rolling, I probably would’nt have had to go in first place.

Being around for years.

Lads. Is skipping any use?

Definitely yes if you’re any good at it.

Yeah. Once you get handy enough.

Do you have a good rope.

I haven’t gotten one yet but I’m looking at this

I utterly despise skipping, but it is savage cardio if you are any way good at it

I’m shite at skipping, I can just about do regular skipping. It’s good exercise, and if you’re very fit and good at skipping it can be absolutely savage. I’m not. I wouldn’t be able to do it to the required level to get a great workout at it, and I’d be very bored doing it for long enough to get much benefit. I’d say you’d be better off going for a jog art.

Get a beast gear rope on amazon. Best rope you can get.

I’d be fairly sure I’d get to an acceptable level. It’s something to augment the jogging and it can also be a daddy daughter activity, but I could never be as fast as she is

Looking at buying Ravennas. How do you find the fit? I’ve big clangers for feet and normally go UK12 (12.5 in my trail shoes). My Asics GT2000 are UK12/EU48, while the Ravennas are 12/47.5. Am I unreasonably concerned about that .5? Obviously I don’t have the luxury of going to a shop

The Ravennas are a small fit, I went up a half a size, they’re nice though, quite light.
