Ah yeah, I know the craic, hard at it “working from home”

Nothing to write home about today but all I’m trying to do at the moment is keep it steady and keep HR round 140-150. Km 5 was through a surprisingly waterlogged trail and involved jumping over a few dykes/drains, hence the slowness

Twas muddy in spots on mine this morning. Plenty of dew about also in the shade.
I’m working in the morning, then I’ll go out on the rothar. Forecast is glorious.

Is that the nike app? I found it completely shit, it doesn’t give accurate times at all. After it told me I was running 3.30 kms I just ordered a garmin. It’s your only man.

If your not using a Garmin your wasting your time . Get a proper garmin heart rate monitor thats strapped to your chest. .
