Capsicum.
What a fuckin tard.

Yeah I think any exercise that includes you having to surge up is ideal for weight loss and power… I am just getting back into training myself but any work as to have a combo of deadlifts, squats, kettlebellswings etc… Another take on this and a great cardio work out is doing bench or box jumps. You can do all kinds of combos here, I’d start with straight jumps onto a bench, back down and spring once on my toes and back up again… you can go side to side of a bench etc etc Anything that involves you pushing your self up like that is great for power and gets the heart rate really going big time. I would usually do 4 exercise x 10 x 5. Burpees can also be thrown into this category.

I’m not too gone on supplements… tried various drinks, protein and creatine before. I would still have the odd protein drink but I just eat the right foods and just keep well hydrated and that does me. But it does depend what results guys are looking for.

Your blood type has alot to do with the dairy products, you may be suited to them turf, as you’d probably know if you weren’t. People who aren’t get full very easy from them (like me), the dairy curdles in their stomach etc. The food your eating is spot on, but vary it. If its late and you have to eat, eat just the veg, and leave your meat for the morning if you want, or the next evening. You have the whole day to burn it off and have the bonus of maybe having meat again in the evening!!!

On rest, the way i personally do it (but remember i work in front of a laptop for half or more of my day) is to train hard 3-4 times a week, one light session which will involve alot of stretching and at least every 2 weeks i take 2 full days off, sometimes even 3. You will feel absolute brilliant after it. I would have the same 2-3 total rest system for championship.

The big thing about rest though is stretching, especially if your a farmer who could be called into action at any time. Stretch the shit out of it after sessions, don’t bother with warm up stretching, use some dynamic stretches like heels up, knees up, jumping jacks etc to warm up, and stretch the main big muscle groups twice each for 20 secs each time afterwards. what this does is helps you relax, if your on the couch seizing up then thats no good at all, you’ll end up hating training because it breaks you up. And on top of that it will making running after a Calf or a bull all the more difficult.

The older you get, the more flexibility matters. Eamon Coughlan is the only man over 40 to break a 4 Min mile. Think about that, Roger bannister didn’t do that too long ago in human evolution, but he was a young man. Coughlan puts it down to after 30 he started stretching for an hour every day. Paulo Maldini was doing something similar. Its massive. So even if you threw in 20 minutes every single day, it will make a difference. A session of yoga a week might be a better option than one of the gym nights as well, just a thought.

Good supplements i use (usually in cereal or porridge) flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, Goji berries etc. You can get them in these crushed down packets in any health shop, you wouldn’t even notice them in cereal.

 how predictable from the forumite rubber necker

your posts are generally a bit of a car crash alright.

hi yoooooooooooooooo

Runty just blows KIB away there in one go.

I am broke up after that match last night. Was a struggle to get up the stairs to my desk.

Thats the alcohol in the system runty, it absolutely fucks recovery. We all do it i know, but drinking after a match or any intense exercise is really bad for you.

Sure I know that. I also think my collision with a 16 stone beast of a full back may also have a small part to play in it.

nothing to do with the beer and lack of proper rehydration afterwards Runt?

No nothing.
I am adamant on that.

When are you going to give up this and concentrate on the finer things in life?

Football is only a fad…

A boring one at that

a poorer derivative of jogging

it’s only a game for lads not skillful enough for soccer or strong enough for rugby.

fact

Langers.

Football is a great sport when played correctly.

I think it might be yogging, the j could be silent.
