Heā€™s an awful try hard sometimes.

Itā€™s a real story

Whatever happened to people who are healthy relying on their immune system to fight off a bit of am auld flu,

Flu vaccines that are there for years havent really been necessary in my opinion. Is Covid that much worse than flu for people under 70 in perfect health, its debatable.

@Tierneevin1979 , are you ok over there kid? Looks like the yanks have surrendered to the aul virus until the mayo man takes over

Doing ok, thanks mate. We (CA) are in the strictest lockdown since it started, everything closed, everyone masked up, yet cases are 3X the first wave. Go figure.

Iā€™d say there are numerous factors. The biggest one is younger people (teens to late twenties) got fed up of lockdown by summer and donā€™t care as they are either asymptomatic or get mildly sick, you also had a huge susceptible population after the first lockdown as our cases were low compared to the east coast, also people spending more time indoors as the weather gets cooler. I think thereā€™s some evidence that the strains circulating now are even more contagious.

The FDA have more or less approved the Pfizer Vaccine in America. Needles in arms on Monday.

Meanwhile, Matthias in Munich is still fucking around with his magnifying glass.
