Presumably people in nursing homes who donāt have their full faculties have some form of legal guardianship for medical treatments, paying the bills etc already?
Constantly full facilties covid or no covid. Germany have built temporary vaccine centres. I assume we are still paying for city West and the convention centre, they can be used. The RDS and other places where election counting take place too.

Theres a difference between consent and informed consent.
They are getting sued over the swine flu vaccine because people are claiming they didnāt have the full information when they agreed to get it

As I said before, we needed the Troika around for longer, ruling with an iron fist, to shake up the vested interests.
Doesnāt matter which politician is in charge, Sean and Mary are in charge of the forms, and work 9-5, except on Thursdays when Mary leaves early. Liam has to approve the forms but heās off sick. Seamus approves in his absence but Seamus canāt turn on a computer

Side note on my gov, I use it for revenue and renewal of my passport and drivers licence. Very handy to use and is one of the few goverment tools that is very well done. Goes to show they can develop good systems
I must have a look at it. I use ROS but have tended to try to live off the grid otherwise.
I was on SW a while back and advised to set it up. It logs into all the different sites including ROS, DOSP etc under one log in id. Its uses your email or password number and sends you a code via text to verify that its you logging in. IMHO very user friendly and would be ideal for the application above to sort out vaccinations, links your PPS to ensure you get it to prevent mix ups. Again the system is there so mot much work will be required to add the vaccination piece

The HSE is pen and paper though. Isnt that one of the major stumbling blocks for almost everything health related in Ireland.
In fact, electronically in government everything is siloād. There is no joined up data.

I wish I was buddies with some ffg big wig and get a big contract to sort that out. Will be rolling in cash and itāll never change, may even cause a strike. Its a massive issue in the HSE from what I gather. Other government departments arenāt as bad. A target for a āpaperless HSEā in 2040 would be ambitious
Id say it is. There was fellas losing their religion here about loss of civil liberties when a law was mooted to allow house parties be broken up. Iād hate to see the reaction if the government just started vaccinating old people who didnāt understand fully what is going on
