The Roaster Thread

?

There was a thing on youtube before, some lads in the West done a pisstake on a Massey 168, I cant seem to find it now, but it was quite amusing and had that line in it.

I once heard this line used as well by a lad from meath, he was referring to one of the old diesel VW Jettas talking about the power of the car. “1.4 diesel ah she wouldn’t pull the socks off a dead man”

The roasters that move away or spend an extended period in a foreign country and they come home with an ‘accent’ - the likes of @Fitzy springs to mind here. ‘Struth’ this and ‘Galah’ that- Struth, the flaming galah just hit a six.

What’s your beef with Fitzy, Choco?

@Il Bomber Destro?

I find everything about him repulsive.

I’m pretty sure I remember hearing that Tyrrell did that to his hair as a pisstake when those photos were taken. They’re the headshots they use for match programmes and TV stills and are usually taken after training sessions around May. The KK boys decided that this was to be their madcap gag for the year.

Is his current hairstyle a pisstake?

I’ve no idea what his current hairstyle is. KK are usually of the Don Revie short back and sides variety.
