If you have 11 or 12 fellas who are nearly top class and a handful who are top class you will be fine.

What is done is done with Zebo. He didn’t want to stick around for less money to try and win trophies with Munster and win with his country.
Leinster nearly have 19 or 20 Irish internationals in their squad. Add in Lowe and Fardy. The only munster players that would get in their squad are Marshall, o Mahony, stander, Murray, Earls and Zebo.
Yep that’s true but kevs stuff about him not being missed is nonsense.
To be honest I would take Murray and O’Mahoney as starters and after that the other ones would be fighting for their place in the squad.
Wouldn’t take Zebo, despite his talents.
They do but McFadden cronin luke mcgrath jordi murphy etc are all great club players but far from top class. Munster have 2 or 3 serious passengers which is what is their serious problem is. Zebo is definitely a loss to the squad but id prefer to lose him than I would Earls, Rory scannel, chris farrell murray all from backs alone. Not because they are better than him but its far easier replace an outside back than another more central postion

I think Zebo is impossible to replace for the season ahead. Unless we get something from the Southern Hemisphere over the summer. We need somebody that’ll make breaks, beat defenders and create tries.
I wouldn’t consider him as vital as that personally. His form has been poor since the new year for various reasons.
Jordi is well capable tbf. He is a big loss to Leinster but the conveyor belt must keep going!
I think the whole thing could go fuck up for munster again. Murray and Pom will have massive offers post World Cup. Without Ryan and Zebo munster have little or no chance in Europe. They simply don’t have the depth in any position.
Well capable but he wouldn’t be in your match day 23 if all others were fit ergo not top class. Super signing for Ulster
Murray will alright but would be a mistake. His commercial appeal is in Ireland. Tbh I think he could be getting more out of it at the moment.

He’s one of the elite players in world rugby and a massive upgrade on any scrum half in Europe. He’ll also be 35 by the next World Cup I doubt he’s too interested in another lions tour. He always stroke me as the type of lad that would head off
They have no divine right to be winning the european cup. Have done very well to get to 2 semi finals last few years especially considering coaching situation. They have decent depth if they didnt have such bad run of injuries. Missing Bleyendall, Cloete, Taute, o donnell, farrell at business end of the season killed them, not just because of missing quality but their replacements are tired as fuck now.

In this day and age your always going to have loads of injuries in rugby. Leinster rarely have a full deck to select from. Tyler had injury problems before he arrived.

You have to have the squad to deal with injuries though. O donnell and kleyn have terrible injury records. It isnt really bad luck.
I agree. He’ll be a prime candidate for that. Unless some other scrum half comes through of his quality then he is the number one starter beyond the World Cup. Some good players in the Leinster schools system but could just pan out like Luke McGrath. Great schoolboy scrum half’s but only half decent pros.
