The Aussies have a clutch of very good young players coming along all off a sudden.

Letā€™s hope they donā€™t turn out to be raging physcopaths and pissheads like the 2011 World Cup young guns.

Karma for Snyman and Henshaw!

Just spotted there the champions cup final and F A cup final are kicking off 15 minutes apart on Saturday. Both in London, I mean wtf?
Obviously no joined up thinking or co-operation between eprc and fa.
Surely both occasions are being harmed by such a clash of 2 finals.

Lolz

You donā€™t know much about England if you think the FA Cup Final will be affected by the rugby

Itā€™s like the LGFA and Camogie

Thatā€™d be brilliant news for Irish rugby in general.

Itā€™s very usual to clash. Police dictate these things.

Last time I was at an ERC final it was on in Twickenham and there was a championship playoff final and an NFL game on in the City the same day.

Last year they moved the start of the derby due to policing and security

Iā€™ve ended up with two spare tickets for the Leinster H-Cup final this Sat. Happy to sell at face-value or less if anyone knows someone in London who might be interested.

A good thing to do would be introduce a max number of central contracts per province. Say nine. If the next player up is to be offered a central contract theyā€™ve to move. They can always decline to move, the province theyā€™re with would keep them and pay their wages. It would limit the degree to which the central contracts supplement the player wage bills for individual provinces. Would give the irfu more power or influence to move players around.

Great way to disincentivise player production.
