Dan Sheehan is supposed to have done his ACL
Itâs a huge drop down to be relying on Kelleher, young Stewart (who sadly seems a sicknote), Herring and maybe the worst hooker in Ireland Dave Heffernan. Heâll be badly missed.
Tom o Toole whoâs a tight head for Ulster will be playing loose head at the weekend.
The two best young props in Ireland are in Leinster and now have competition from the lad in clermont.
The Irfu should have let under sign the niq tight head and allowed o Toole to move across and let Leinster play the two young lads.
Heâs looking at missing all of next season, French and Scots rested lads.
I think cruciates can come at any time regardless of how many games lads have played. Even for us Cordero did his ACL in his first warm-up training session for Connacht.
Hopefully he recovers and can do a JvdF and be an even better player post-ACL.
I see there is an Eamon doyle and Ronan leahy in the oz u20 squad today
And a ben o donovan in NZ side
Anyone able to find link for irish match? Thiught it was on rugbypass but only seeing argie match there
You find the match?

Weird.
Any word on when it will be moved to?
Itâs down as a draw so from an Irish perspective they still top the group.
RA launch appeal as mud sticks for Junior Wallabies after Ireland washout

Rugby Australia have formally called on World Rugby to replay a critical Junior Wallabies clash against Ireland in South Africa later on Wednesday, claiming a decision to cancel the World Under 20 Championship fixture overnight due to wet weather and an unplayable field was flawed.
The World Rugby decision denied the âshatteredâ young Australian team a chance to progress to the semi-finals, given the Junior Wallabies had to beat Ireland to top the pool. Instead, they shared the points and Ireland went through.

After heavy rainfall around Cape Town, World Rugby tournament organisers inspected the field at Athlone Stadium and said in a statement it was âcurrently declared not safe to playâ.
But an hour later World Rugby changed its position, saying the ground was âsufficiently drainedâ and two later games â including South Africa v England â were played.
Images of the venue before the 2pm Australia-Ireland fixture show some areas of surface water and groundsmen using leafblowers.
But a âbitterly disappointedâ Junior Wallabies coach Nathan Grey said in a subsequent interview the âconditions are fineâ and suggested Ireland officials had influenced the decision.

Rugby Australia high-performance boss Peter Horne this morning lodged an appeal with World Rugby, saying there had been no reasonable attempt to reschedule the fixture, as per the tournament provisions.
An RA spokesman confirmed it had requested the Junior Wallabiesâ clash with Ireland be played on Wednesday (South Africa time).
That would mean either Australia or Ireland have a four-day turnaround to the semi-finals on Sunday.
Grey recorded an interview after the decision, in which he suggested Irelandâs doctor had influenced World Rugbyâs decision.
The state of Athlone Stadium in Cape Town, when the decision was made it was unplayable.
The interview - with a caption of âThe Nathan Grey hot takeâ - was posted on RugbyPass but was later taken down. World Rugby own RugbyPass.
âBitterly disappointed for the players and the staff ⌠but the decision has been taken out of our hands and we donât get the opportunity to play Ireland and finish on top of our pool,â Grey said.

âWe played two games of the [under 20s] Rugby Championships this year ⌠in much worse conditions but a strong push from the Irish doctor seemed to work with World Rugby around cancelling the game.
âIt is what it is. The decision has been taken out of our hands and we will just have to cop it. The boys are shattered. I am sure World Rugby are doing it for the right reasons, I just hope theyâre true.â
Asked what he would have preferred happened, Grey said: âPlay the game. The conditions are fine. The surface water is not really that bad.
âYeah, itâs boggy, itâs wet but no worse than Ireland would have played in before and certainly that we have played in before.

Farcical it was cancelled with games played later in day but Ireland likely would have walloped them (they were 1/10 or something) and Ireland facing into the tournament favs then on a shorter turnaround âŚ
Ireland were 1/10 to beat Australia? Bejaysus.
