The original Alien trilogy will always be my own personal favourite,Alien 3 for all its flaws and massive production problems was still a solid film it’s a shame Fincher was fucked over by Fox.This trailer was the first I saw on VHS way back when and that soundtrack they used… 
Meh on A3. Aliens is top of the pile in this franchise for me.

Invasion of the body Snatchers… The Fly… The day the earth stood still.
All classic 50s sci fi.
The 70s remake of The Invasion of the Body Snatchers with Donald Sutherland is superb… Really captures a sense of tension and fear throughout .

I was watching a re-run of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy the other evening. It hasn’t aged well. The book is still wonderful though.
Close Encounters was recently re-released on its 40th anniversary, one of my favourite films.
Early critic reports say Blade runner 2049 is outstanding

Terminator.Alien.Star Wars(original).The old ones from the 50s/60s are great like Forbidden Planet and The Day The Earth Stood Still.
2001 is a great movie to get absolutely stoned to.
