Cork have a fine forward line and please god now we’ll find a few new lad’s for the half back line.Seamie Harnedy, Hoggie and Conor Lehane would get into any team in the country.
Colin Ryan or John Conlon. Probably Colin Ryan. He does very little apart from take frees. Harnedy was in the top 5 hurlers in the country this year.
He also dropped off the chase of pat donnellan for the first goal in the replay. No doubt he wil be solid enough on a year put two. Re who would you drop to accomodate him in the half forward line next year I would say gary guilfoyle

Horgan is obviously a class act but he doesn’t get on enough ball in my opinion

Harnedy was brilliant this year. Fought right to the bitter end against Clare.
He did, but would you accommodate him in the Clare HF line ? Kells, no way , mr consistent ? , or the championships top scorer …
Yeah it’s a good question. I don’t know to be honest. Funnily enough the postman was well below par for most of this season. He delivered a massive performance in the AI replay but prior to that you’d have had to start asking questions if he wasn’t who he was. Obviously Kelly is undroppable, and Ryan was awesome on free-taking duty this year while being pretty useful in open play as well.
If you really had Harnedy as an option I think you’d have to look at moving either Ryan or Kelly out to midfield to accommodate him. I don’t think you could possiblly leave him off on this year’s form.
