Mike, they normally list the unblocking code in the mythree area.
Iirc they’re not allowed to keep the phone locked to the network. Give me a while and I’ll look it up.

Ask them for an explanation, in writing, for the charge as you want to run it past comreg. Go into a shop, don’t bother with the helpline
