Play has been suspended. Marco Fu’s tip has come off.
Unbelievable, Selby will be glad.
Tip is precariously restored for the moment with super glue and play resumes after a 15 minutes suspension. Marco clinches the frame with a break of 81 to move ahead for the first time in the match, 8-7.
John Virgo is really on the ball
Opening frame of the night and a fifth on the trot for Alan McManus. Ding leads 9-8.
10 reds, 10 blacks for Ding. That puts him 12-8 ahead and the 147 is very much on.

15 reds but out of position on black after tough last red.
Misses last black.
He over cut it
Amazing scenes here
Warm and appreciative round of applause from the knowledgeable patrons at the Crucible - very similar to what you’d get at Lakeside when a player misses the eighth dart of a possible nine darter.
Jimmy White was alluding to this earlier. He was saying the best thing about coming to the Crucible every year is you bump into old friends year in year out and he wasn’t just referring to meeting Cliff Thorburn over from Vancouver on his annual trip to the UK. Jimmy was saying that quite a few patrons sit in the very same seats every year. He mentioned one lady in her 80th year who sits in the front row and has attended practically every session of play at the Crucible since 1981. Herself and her husband used to take their holidays for the annual pilgrimage to Sheffield. Her husband passed away a few years ago and she is now accompanied by her son.
England have the most knowledgeable and respectful supporters in a number of sports. You just cannot beat history and tradition
Angles is fighting his way back in here, it s a real ding dong battle
