Mares race in kempton tomorrow. I like Kaffie, saw her win this time last year in Warwick and i thought she would show prominently at one of the festivals, didnt run in either, had a run and should be straight, 7/1 nice EW bet, could be good value
in the leop novice hurdle, i think bright new dawn also represents value, beat Ned buntine (winner today) more snugly that winning margin suggests on last start, having lost reigns on run in, again, 8/1 is a nice EW bet, worrying that our connor was withdrawn today due to coughing so any information on yard or earlier runners should be watched carefully
in the paddy power, i would suggest looking straight to the bottom of the handicap, Robert Tyners mare by the hour, he is always to be respected when he takes an animal (esp a chaser) from Kinsale to leop, he is also a very good trainer of the female of the species. This mare had a win at the track jan last year, beating some very useful performers, at 20/1, worth some thoughtâŚalso like TharawaatâŚbut she sticks out
Same trainer also has has tullintain in the duggan memorial in limerick, found seabass (grand national 3rd) one too good last year, back again and should go close at 8/1
I thought that Pumbaa in the bumper in Limerick today showed a nice little turn of foot to skate away from the field in pretty shit conditions, not a big animal either. Had only very moderate form between the flags but could be a decent hurdler over the shorter distances.
Just going through some of the racing from Kempton, that jump from Dynaste at the 4th last today was a joy to behold.
That Rajdani Express looked special aswell.
Some serious rain falling here the past couple of hours. Wouldnât be surprised if they lose at least one day in Limerick.
It is a lottery. I put a few bob on alfie sherrin for an interest. We are going to limerick today and leop tomorrow. then shopping on sat in Dublin with our winnings (-;
