And, as per usual, the first instinct of the horsey set now that the poor animal can’t compete is to kill it.
At least they get a chance to prove themselves bando, unlike the contents of the 6 cheeseburgers you consume on a sat night
Pity runt , we had a Karinga bay with a similar condition ( the knee joint) 7 years back. There is an operation but I got onto they Bristol equine centre and while its recommended for show jumpers and perhaps ponies race horses never come back 100% so don’t get persuaded down that route. We got our lad a new career as a polo horse. He lives in carnew in Wicklow now and they all lived happily ever after
When is Dunguib set for his Novice Chase bow?
Watch for him on the polo circuit
T’would be about his level alright.
This sounds remarkably similar to my friends dog. After he bit someone he was sent to ‘live’ in mullingar where he could run about and live happily.
He must of caught something nasty off the cunt he bit to be sent to Mullingar.
Having an each way bet on Madame Defarge in the oaks.
Jim Bolger knows the score;)
Mac. Would you post up a winner for today please. Longs odds preferably.
The Derby is on today
Is that a big race? Is Frankel in it?
I’m still drunk Fagan so go all in on Dawn Approach
Mars 16/1
David Casey rides on the flat in Tramore for Arthur Moore today
Dawn approach second last, ran far too keen and got stuffed!
Ran like a pig of a horse.
Don’t think I’ve ever seen a horse run as rank as that in a G1 race in my life.
Think Marengo might actually be the better of the Ballydoyle horses. Dawn Approach probably drug him along sooner than he wanted. As Moore said, “a messy race”.
