The Sport of Kings & Equine Matters 🐐

Agreed easy to take him on now, Nichols would have had him 90% for that

SAMs fault

Big Bucks 3/1 for World Hurdle an overreaction? I thought he ran well all things considered

Thank you @dancarter

Backed Gilgamboa on your recommendation.:pint:

3/1 is about right. 5/4 is ridiculous

He wont beat my Flaxen Flare

His work buddy’s owners are getting awful giddy too :pint:

Wouldnt blame them. Anyone else price up Coral Cup yet?

Bothar clei 3rd seemed to be a lot of money for him went off 11-2

Can we assume the Boston bob world hurdle lark will be shelved ?

Boston Bob has become another horse who shattered strong expectations from his novice days. He’ll be lapped in the world hurdle if he runs

It’s clear chewies new line is going well, he hasn’t been on the sat equine thread in weeks

Stan James go 20/1 also

I’d imagine that should filter down to some of the Betpack independents then. Must take a more detailed look.

Turns out I was 6 weeks premature.

Emperor of Exmoor placed at 16/1 today too. Looks like my Xmas judgement was slightly too early  Our Conor should romp in tomorrow so :pint:

I wish! I started back playing soccer over here last September, matches are at 1.30/2pm each Saturday. Don’t get to see the racing unfortunately

Anyone looking for value tomorrow I’d recommend a few quid e/w on Gallant Tipp in the 3.10 at the 10/1 currently available with Boyles or Seanie Mac.

I dont get the STD criticism myself. Big Bucks was never going to be ridden out the back as he would not have the toe of the younger horses. Stamina is his strength and I’d imagine that STD was riding to instructions.

Big Bucks showed he is no back number and that was a hell of a run after 400 odd days off the track, particularly when he was racing against match fit opposition.

He will have a big say in the destination of the World Hurdle.

I would disagree with DB about More Of That. I think connections will be more keen to run him.

At Fishers Cross spent some time down in Martinstown since the last race I believe so a massive improvement was expected for today. Whether there’s more in him is debatable. Knockara Beau doesn’t even have a World Hurdle entry and will go for the Gold Cup now!!
